Ellesmere Heronwatch is an easy birdwatching project for beginners and experts alike. Using telescopes and video cameras, (located in The Boathouse)  you're able  watch nesting herons on nearby Moscow Island, as they build their nests, lay their eggs, and feed the hungry chicks. Running from mid February to the end of May every spring, the project is suitable for all ages and abilities, is indoors, and it’s free!
